HOW DO I DO IT?
First you register for free, which is a simple process. After creating your account, write in the form that says "What are you doing?" The tweets must be 140 characters or less, spaces count as a character, click update. That's it! If you wish to write to someone or reply to a message simply put your mouse over the tweet you wish to reply to, a gray arrow icon will appear, click on that, @'their user name' will appear at the top. Type your reply, click update.
